Sheet C06 Revision 1 Terms read 16 October 2026

Terms of use for a site of modelled arithmetic

These sheets are published information and nothing more. They are not advice, financial, legal or otherwise, and no figure on them is a recommendation to open an account or take an offer.

1

What a figure here is

Every figure is modelled at the declared settings rather than measured at a cashier. It describes the shape of a kind of term and not the wording of a live promotion, and the live wording belongs to whoever published it. The settings, and the point at which the method stops being useful, are printed in full at how a face is priced.

Terms move, which is the single most important limit on anything here. A figure correct against the wording published last month can be wrong against the wording published this month, and no page here guarantees otherwise.

Each sheet carries a revision number at the head of it, and a revision number changing is the signal that wording has moved.

2

Who the site is for

Use of the site is for adults. The content is written for readers aged eighteen and over and is not meant for anybody younger.

Links to an offer are commercial, and clicking one hands a reader over to somebody else’s site, with somebody else’s terms and somebody else’s privacy arrangements. What happens on this side of the link is set out at how this site is paid.

The offers reached through those links sit under licences issued abroad. No British licence stands behind them, and the duties that go missing with it are priced at off the register.

3

Quoting, and misquoting

Quoting a figure from these sheets is fine, and quoting the settings alongside it is necessary, because a figure separated from its assumptions stops being true. Credit the method rather than the number.

Reading these sheets, quoting from them and arguing with them are all fine. Presenting a modelled figure as a live term is not, because a figure here describes a kind of term rather than a particular promotion, and a reader misled that way has been misled by the person who quoted it.

Copyright in the text and the drawings on this site belongs to its publisher. Nothing in this page removes a right a reader holds under consumer law.

4

Reliance, availability and remedy

No reliance is invited. A reader who acts on a figure here acts on their own judgement, having been told in the same breath what the figure assumes and where the method stops. That is the whole of the bargain and there is no part of it hidden.

No promise is made about the site being reachable. Pages go down, hosts fail, and a publisher who guarantees otherwise is a publisher with something to sell.

Where a page is wrong, the remedy offered is the one a publisher can actually deliver: the figure gets corrected and the revision number moves. That is worth more than a disclaimer, and it is the reason the revision number is printed at the head of every sheet. What a correction needs is at write to us.

5

What this page does not state

No governing law and no forum is named on this page. Where that matters to somebody, asking will produce the publisher’s position in writing.

Nor are the registered particulars of the publishing business set out here. The reasoning is at who publishes this, and the particulars themselves are available on request. A detail printed once and then left alone is a detail that misleads somebody later, which is why so little of this kind appears on the page at all.

Nowhere on this site is there a description of how to defeat a self-exclusion registration, a blocking app or a bank’s gambling bar. Using those tools is covered at staying in control. Defeating them is covered nowhere here, deliberately.
